About Us
Our mission is to connect women through fly fishing — building confidence, skill, and sisterhood while caring for the waters that sustain us. We believe that time outside can transform lives, and that when women learn together, incredible things happen.
Founded by Jayme Hanna and Amy Snitko, Girls Who Fly Fish began as a simple idea: two women wanting to fish together and create a place for others to do the same. That spark became Knox Girls Who Fly Fish — a fun, free community built around learning, laughter, and the love of the river.
Now, Girls Who Fly Fish is growing into something more — blending outdoor experiences, education, and apparel that reflect the heart of women who wade boldly and live close to nature.
