Fly Fishing Learning Experiences
Whether you're joining one of our women's small group sessions, enrolling your child in a youth program, or attending one of our seasonal clinics, every experience is designed to help beginners build confidence in a welcoming, supportive environment.
From your first cast to your first trout, our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of fly fishing while exploring the beautiful waters of Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Community Meetups (Free)
Our regular meetups are casual gatherings where members can connect, talk fishing, share gear, and meet other women who love the outdoors.

Fishing Outings (Free)
Group fishing days where we meet up to fish local waters together. These are relaxed and beginner-friendly opportunities to spend time on the river. There are both member days and open to the public days.

Learning Sessions
Small group educational outings designed to help women gain confidence on the water. These sessions focus on casting, rigging, reading water, and other essential fly fishing skills.

Do I need experience to attend?
Do I need my own gear?
Are events free?
No! Many of our events are beginner-friendly and we welcome women who are brand new to fly fishing.
Some events require gear, while others will have loaner rods available. Check the event description for details.
Many of our meetups are free. Some educational sessions or special events may require registration.
