Join Knoxville Girls Who Fly Fish for a free day of fly fishing, conservation, and community at Buffalo Springs Wildlife Management Area!
We're excited to welcome representatives from the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) for a special opportunity to learn more about trout management, hatchery operations, and the work being done to protect and improve our fisheries.
We'll start the morning with a guided tour of the Buffalo Springs hatchery facility, led by a TWRA team member who previously worked at the hatchery. TWRA representatives Maggie Coffey and Sally Petre will also join us to share updates about their programs, conservation efforts, and the future of trout management in Tennessee.
After the tour, we'll head to the water for an afternoon of fly fishing! Our Girls Who Fly Fish guides will be there to help beginners get started, answer questions, and…
