Join Girls Who Fly Fish for a relaxed evening of fly tying, learning, and community! Whether you've tied flies for years or have never picked up a vise, this meetup is a welcoming place to learn, ask questions, and spend time with other women who love fly fishing.
This month we'll be tying one of the most popular and effective trout flies ever created—the Pheasant Tail Nymph. It's a classic pattern that imitates many of the aquatic insects trout feed on and belongs in every fly box. We'll be following the Fly Fish Food YouTube tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lgr2KvfSS58 and we'll be there to demonstrate techniques and help throughout the evening. Dave Matthews joining us to help lead the evening and provide hands-on instruction and guidance.
