Because our merchandise is custom made-to-order, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.
However, if your item arrives flawed or damaged due to manufacturing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
