Service Description
Spend a full day discovering the beauty of East Tennessee's trout streams with Girls Who Fly Fish! Led by our all-women team of fly fishing guides, each private trip is tailored to your experience, interests, and goals. Whether you're hoping to explore new water, improve your fishing techniques, or simply enjoy a full day pursuing trout, we'll create an experience that fits you. With more time on the water, we'll have opportunities to explore different fishing locations, practice new techniques, learn about the local aquatic ecosystem, and enjoy the incredible scenery of the Southern Appalachians. Depending on your interests, abilities, and conditions, your trip may include hiking into mountain streams or exploring more remote waters. Our trips are relaxed, welcoming, and open to everyone—women, men, couples, families, and friends. What's Included: Private guided fishing experience for 1–2 anglers 8 hours of guided fly fishing Fly rods, reels, and tackle Personalized instruction and on-stream support Fishing experience tailored to your skill level What to Bring: A valid fishing license and any required permits, packed lunch, water, snacks, weather-appropriate clothing, and suitable footwear. Your guide will contact you before your trip to confirm the meeting location, discuss equipment needs, and help you prepare. Additional Angler: A third angler may be added for $75, subject to guide approval and fishing conditions. Trips are subject to weather, water conditions, guide availability, and applicable guiding permissions.
Cancellation Policy
**Girls Who Fly Fish — Private Guided Trip Booking Policy** We look forward to getting you on the water! Please review our booking and cancellation policies before reserving your guided fishing experience. **Reservations:** Guided trips are subject to guide availability, weather, and water conditions. A booking request is not confirmed until approved by Girls Who Fly Fish. **Cancellations & Rescheduling:** Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. **No-Shows:** Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled trip without prior notice are subject to a $150 no-show fee. **Card on File:** A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. By completing your booking, you authorize Girls Who Fly Fish to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with this policy. No cancellation fee is charged when you cancel within the permitted free cancellation window. **Weather & Water Conditions:** Your safety is our priority. If Girls Who Fly Fish cancels your trip because of unsafe weather, water conditions, or guide unavailability, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. We will work with you to reschedule when possible. **Fishing Licenses:** Guests are responsible for obtaining the fishing licenses and permits required for their trip.
